How did the land become contaminated? What is the primary source of contamination?

Describe the local geology based on both published information (geological maps) and site assessment information (boring logs, test pit/excavations).

Maximum concentrations of contaminants of concern (based on most recent data) in the environmental media requiring contamination.

Describe the local hydrogeology (depth to groundwater, groundwater flow direction, groundwater flow velocity, hydraulic conductivity, aquifer type, aquitards present, etc).

Describe any hydrological features (lakes, ponds, dams, rivers, canals, streams, oceans, etc).

Describe the local climate (rainy season, dry season, temperature, humidity, precipitation data, evapotranspiration rates).

Briefly describe the Conceptual Site Model (CSM), including relevant source-pathway-receptor (SPR) linkages that need to be managed.
